The name of Pamela’s business, Perfection Custom Painting, is perfect because she is the ultimate perfectionist when it comes to painting any part of your home. She is incredibly thorough in choosing the correct paint products, and when there’s a question she calls in Sherwin-Williams field representatives to make sure she’s got exactly the right product for the job, and even to come on site and look at a job to make sure it’s right. She also is obsessive about being detailed oriented – her level of attention to minute detail is amazing, unsurpassed compared to any other painters whom I have hired previously. She really cares about the quality of her work, and there have been times where she had to spend extra time to get it right, even time that wasn’t compensated, and she didn’t cut corners and she did what she needed to to make sure that the outcome was 100%. She’s even perfectionistic write down to her cleanup process. She treats your property like it’s her own, and when working with other subcontractors or vendors, she also identifies lack of perfection or detail on their tasks in order to make sure the customer gets quality service by everyone working on your home project. Beyond all of that, her general construction knowledge is superior, and her great common sense is very uncommon, in my opinion. And boy does she work long hours to get a job done. There were a couple times she literally worked until eight or 9 PM to finish up. As they say, “you get what you pay for.“ In Pamela‘s case, you always get more than what you pay for, and even if you’re paying a little extra you’re getting a much superior product that will last years longer than anyone else’s paint job, and she stands behind her work and will come back and fix problems at no cost if there are any issues down the road. You’re getting a guarantee and a warranty in addition to quality work. That makes her work priceless in my opinion.

I was so impressed with Pamela's attention to detail starting with the quote she provided. She did a lot of patching in my stucco, which you see no patched spots. I feel as though she saved me a lot of money in future repairs with how she looked for any spot we could have water intrusion and fixed it. I have recommended PCP to anyone looking for painting.
